Our principle, Paul Brodie, has 40 years of experience in the food and beverage in the engineering discipline. Energy management has been a focus and over the past 25 years, he has been a driving force at one of Australia’s main stream breweries on the eastern sea board. The brewery he worked in is ranked amongst the best performing breweries in the world with regard to energy and water consumption.
During this time Paul has also had a deep interest and passion for automation and control, being the architect of the automation and control systems at two main stream breweries in Australia. He has been involved in major project work, project managing much of the work personally.
Other areas of experties are auditing of systems and the development of systems that support energy management and good engineering practices.

Our principle engineer has had over 30 years experience in project management. This experience has been with several major manufacturing companies mainly in the food and beverage (Brewing Industry). These projects have covered all facets of project planning, development, and implementation, commissioning and post project optimsiation. The skill set for this work covers all disciplines of engineering even though his skills are particularly in automation and control, electrical and process control and systems engineering. Other engineering team members can be sourced as required based on client requirements.
Short term engineering staff replacement
Important experienced staff are difficult to source and retain, we have access to several experienced engineers in several disciplines available for short term staff replacement.
Auditing of energy systems and Maintenance systems
Our principle engineer has many years of experience in energy management and maintenance management auditing. Audits can be valuable tools to identify gaps in performance or opportunities for improvement. Other engineers are available for hire in different diciplines on request.
